Q: Who do I reach out to if I have a question about presenting?
A: Please reach out to our Vice President, Kristin Kinner (kkinner@innedco.org), with any questions regarding presenting or Call for Presenters.

Q: What do I need to have prepared when I submit my proposal?
A: You will need a session outline, choice of session style, and any relevant information (names and contacts of additional presenters, resources, etc.).

Q: What technology or AV equipment will be available in the room?
A: The following will be set up for all Listen & Learn, Interactive Workshop, and Panel Discussion sessions:

An Epson projector and screen

HDMI cord (to connect to Epson projector)

A Lightspeed wireless microphone with an amplified speaker in the back of the room

Q: When will I find out if my proposal has been accepted?
A: For Round 1, you will be notified by October 10. For Round 2, you will be notified by February 9.
